Sales Tax
If the order is shipped within Texas , the law requires that local sales tax be
added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. If you
have resale or tax exempt status, please make your order by Phone, Fax or
E-Mail, since we do not have this option available on our web site as of this
time.
Delivery
and Shipping
Uvalco Supply uses UPS and Conway shipping services.Delivery times vary based on size and weight
of product as well as customer location.Standard product being shipped via UPS will arrive within 7 business
days.Items that exceed standard UPS
weight classification may be shipped using Conway services.International shipments and orders are
handled on a requested basis.

Return
Policy At Uvalco Supply, our
goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for
whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Uvalco
Supply within 15 days of receipt of item(s).
You
have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full
amount of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued
in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was
made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account.
Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If
payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business
days from the date of purchase.
Please
read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Uvalco Supply reserves
the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
How to return or exchange an item:
To return an item you
must call Customer Service at 866-300-4141 or email admin@uvalco.com
Place the original
package into a shipping carton.
Include the invoice and
the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
Please do not place
stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Ship via insured ground
service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged
packages.

Rules:
All returned or
exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must
include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all
accessories.
Defective items may be
repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or
manufacturer's equivalent model.
Uvalco Supply is not
responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the
sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the
monetary value of the merchandise only.

In the event that an Uvalco Supply product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect
price, Uvalco Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed
for product listed at the incorrect price. Uvalco Supply reserves the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is cancelled, Uvalco Supply shall issue a credit to
your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site
and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and
conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Uvalco Supply without
